Alf grew up on a small farm in Olympia Washington, where he developed a great love for nature, animals, and all things outdoors. He was a boxer for a while, then a soldier, then a father, a builder, a truck driver and a business owner. Later he became a grandfather, an Asatru Gothi, and a reality TV personality.
